More about Conor
I was raised in Donegal. I represented Ireland road cycling at an international level. I became starkly aware of the subsequent demands on the body, having injured myself on numerous occasions. This inspired me to take a keen interest in sports injury and rehabilitation. I graduated with first class honours in Athletic Therapy and Training, from Dublin City University, with distinction. Specialising in sports injury and rehabilitation, I have broadened my scope to include recreational injury and enhanced recovery in chronic illness.
I achieve this by implementing myofascial release therapy, among other treatments.
These include injury prevention protocols (prehab), dry needling, soft tissue massage and personalised exercise prescriptions.

More about Hannah
I have always had an interest in the human body and its intricate design. Specialising in musculoskeletal medicine, I have more recently broadened my scope to include core rehabilitation and exercise, including diastasis recti and other pelvic floor dysfunction.
As a mother myself, I have learned the importance of rehab post pregnancy. This encouraged me to include pre and post natal safe exercise.
