Our classes place a big emphasis on optimal core function. All of the exercises are functional which means you are training in an effort to make those activities of daily life easier as well as toning up.

I first started the online classes during the first lockdown. Hannah as an instructor is fantastic and very encouraging. The classes vary and are explained and demonstrated for all levels. You feel like Hannah is in the room with you. I'm now averaging 4 classes per week. I feel fitter, stronger and have a lot more energy. Hannah really cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I cannot rate Hannah highly enough.

Hannah's online classes are absolutely fantastic. Hannah is a great trainer. The group classes are filled with fun and positivity which encourages you to workout harder. I also work with Hannah on a 1:1 basis to help correct diastasis recti. She has tailored sessions that are safe and we have achieved great results. Hannah is extremely focused on helping you to achieve your fitness goal.
